I’m Eldar Skhatum. I host private and corporate events for English- and Russian-speaking audiences and produce full-cycle projects — from the first idea to the final moment on site.
Based in Krasnodar and available for destination projects. Travel, local production partners and the working language are agreed for every event individually.

Yes. I consider destination projects across Europe, the UAE, Georgia, the Caucasus, Türkiye, Central Asia and other locations. Travel and local logistics are agreed in advance.
Both options are available: I can join your existing team as the host or manage the full production cycle, including concept, budget, suppliers, logistics and on-site coordination.
Russian-speaking guests, mixed international groups and expat communities. The working language and programme balance are agreed before the script is developed.
I am based in Krasnodar and available for destination projects across Europe, the UAE, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Serbia, Montenegro, Cyprus and other locations by agreement.
